My intention is to help you feel more connected to your body. In each session, I weave together therapeutic and restorative techniques to support pain relief, ease chronic tension, and help the body soften out of survival mode leaving you feeling grounded, lighter and at peace.

Therapeutic Massage

Your session is customized to what your body needs that day. This may include deeper, more focused work or an emphasis on calming techniques, or a combination of both. You don’t need to know exactly what your body needs, we’ll figure that out together.

Prenatal Massage

This session is for the mother-to-be and is tailored to support your changing body during pregnancy. It may include deeper, focused work to relieve tension, soothing techniques to help you relax, or a combination of both.
