I specialize in therapeutic massage while holding a supportive space, using attentive pressure that meets the body where it is to help it soften, release tension, and feel more at ease.
Throughout my 11 years as a massage therapist, I’ve learned how to create sessions that support both pain relief and cultivate nervous system regulation. Early in my career, I worked primarily with clients who were in significant pain and sought very intense pressure. Over time, I noticed that this approach didn’t always create the lasting relief they were hoping for.
I witnessed that working with the body slowly and intentionally allows deeper layers of tension to release. By incorporating soothing, therapeutic techniques that help the body settle into a calm state, muscles become more receptive and pain can be addressed more effectively.
This approach has shaped the way I work today. My sessions are designed to support relaxation, ease physical discomfort, and create long-term benefits by meeting the body where it is.
Most of us move through life with long to-do lists and constant demands, often feeling stretched thin and disconnected from our bodies. I aim to create a nurturing space where both physical and mental fatigue can soften, allowing your body the opportunity to rest, reset, and recover.
I believe that even when you’re not feeling your best, your body is not broken. I don’t approach my work with the intention to fix you, but rather to honor where you are and support your body’s natural ability to heal.
Each session is guided with care and intention, with the goal of leaving you feeling calmer, more grounded, and restored.
